NPR’s Weekend Addition – Saturday had a great story (realaudio link) about a new restaurant in Paris where patrons dine in complete darkness. All of the waitstaff are blind.
There is interest in opening similar establishments in London and New York City. This is such a cool way to o/pen people’s eyes (pun very intentional).

What a great idea. We’re planning to take a trip to Paris in Nov. so I’ll try to check it out then.

In Aabenraa, (Denmark) there is a little caf?? in a historical watermill, which does this 1 or 2 times each year, for a month.
